Water Emergency

Water emergencies usually happen when you least expect it. Water damage can occur as a result of pipe bursts, flooding, broken plumbing or even as a result of a fire, or from mundane reasons like overflowing dishwashers or leaking AC.
SteamPro technicians are well trained and know how to tackle water emergencies that require water removal.
If you are experiencing a water emergency, make sure to:

1. Call SteamPro to request water service, time is of essence to minimize damage.
2. If possible, stop the leakage.
3. Shut off ciruit breakers to the rooms affected by the water emergency.

SteamPro’s Water Removal Process

1. Assessment and Preparation
   The SteamPro technician will assess the situation including the extent of the water spill and prepare for appropriate service.
2. Water
   Removal Using the appropriate tools, the technician initiates the water removal process/
3. Water Vacuum
   The last step of the water removal is with a special water vacuum that will leave the carpet almost completely dry.
4. Mold Prevention
   A special mold-preventing solution will be sprayed on the affected areas to prevent growht of mildew and mold.
5. Air Dryer
   Utilizing powerful and effective air dryers to dry the area and prevent humidity damage.
